What RUNIT is
RUNIT is a tool for writing, scheduling and publishing posts to social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and for reading the email enquiries you choose to send it. It is provided by the operator of this installation (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your accounts stay yours
You connect your own social accounts and you can disconnect them at any time from the Connections page. Every post is written or approved by you or by someone you have invited into your workspace; RUNIT never publishes anything you have not approved the schedule for. When you disconnect an account, the access token for it is deleted.
You are responsible for having the right to post what you post, for complying with each platform’s own rules, and for anything published from your accounts through RUNIT.
Brand deals are read, never sent
The Deal Inbox reads enquiries from an email account you connect or forward to, sorts them, and drafts replies. RUNIT never sends an email on your behalf. Anything it drafts is yours to send, change or bin from your own mail app.
AI writing
Drafts are produced by a language model from what you type and from the brand kit you fill in. They can be wrong, generic or unsuitable, and you should read every draft before approving it. If you supply your own AI provider key, usage is billed by that provider directly to you under their terms.
People you invite and links you share
You can invite others into a workspace with a role, and hand a client a link that lets them sign off posts, view a calendar, read a report or send a brief without an account. Whoever holds a link can do what the link allows, so treat links like keys: they can be revoked from the People page at any time.
Paying for RUNIT
Some installations are free to their users; some sell monthly plans or one-off copies. Where a plan is sold, the price and what it includes are shown on the pricing page before you pay, payment is taken by Stripe, and a monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the period already paid for. If a subscription stops being paid, access to the app pauses until it is; your content is not deleted.
Acceptable use
Don’t use RUNIT to post spam, to impersonate anyone, to publish content that is unlawful or that you have no right to publish, or to breach a platform’s terms. We may suspend an account that does, and a platform may revoke access on its own.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep RUNIT running, but it depends on third-party platforms that change, rate-limit and go down without notice, and we cannot promise a post will publish at the exact moment scheduled. RUNIT is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost posts, lost reach, lost deals or any indirect loss; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. That removes your workspaces, content, media, connected-account tokens and notifications straight away; backups roll off within 30 days. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and you will see a notice in the app. Questions go to juniorgums@hotmail.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
